No Products or Collections Show Even Though I Already Have Products/Collections

From time to time, there may be no products/collections that display when you attempt to add a collection or product to your deal. When this happens, you can try the following in order to try and solve the issue:

  1. Make sure your Shopify account has sufficient permissions. Your account must have access to viewing products. If your account does not have the proper permissions, you will need to sign in as the admin, or request additional permissions from your site administrator.
  2. Try with another browser.

If these two solutions do not work, you can always create deals via the product selector as a backup.
